Jay Godfrey held his spring/summer 2015 presentation at New York Fashion Week on September 4, 2014 at the The Hub in New York. The collection evoked a Western, boho-chic vibe infused with effortless glamour. The subtle colors mixed with neutral, soft metallics and luxurious textured fabrications gave the collection an inviting feeling which was modern and fresh. Although it was a presentation where the models stood on a platform instead of walked a runway, onlookers could easily see the movement in the pieces as models changed poses and allowed us to view the dimension of each piece. The fringe jacket in the bottom photo was a stand-out piece for me; I am also in love with the pants!

This western boho look is pretty cool! Love that fringy jacket and the chevron print maxi. Think I’ll pass on the “Slash” hat, but maybe that’s just because I’ve been there done that in 1988! 😉
